Your brand, your clients, your data: a dedicated environment
Not a standard multi-tenant platform where everyone sits together, but a dedicated, isolated environment per label. For you that means: full brand
control, strictly separated client data, and room to grow without other
environments affecting your performance.
One professional building, your own office
The easiest way to understand it is to picture the platform as a high-end business centre. Every client benefits from the same professional building, the security, the maintenance, the scalability and the updates are handled for everyone.
But every white-label client gets their own locked office. Their own key, their own fit-out, and their own vault for the data. So you share the strength and reliability of one strong platform, but your environment is, and feels, entirely yours. Not a shared space with a logo on it, but your own recognisable brand environment.
What a dedicated environment gives you
This setup isn't just technically tidy, it solves concrete things you deal with as a brand every day.
• Your brand front and centre.
Every environment feels like its own product, not a shared tool with a logo on it.
• Data separate and secure.
Client data doesn't sit in one large shared pool, but in its own isolated database.
• More trust with your clients.
You can easily explain that their environment is cleanly separated.
• Scalable without hassle.
If one label grows fast, that environment grows with it without disrupting the rest.
• Launch new labels faster.
New brand variants roll out in a structured way.
For your IT team: how it works under the hood

for them.
Behind the scenes, we use modern cloud infrastructure to manage every white-label
environment separately. Concretely, each environment gets its own isolated
Kubernetes namespace and its own database. The environments therefore share
neither an application instance nor a common data layer.
That has several direct consequences an IT or security reviewer will recognise:
• Data separation at the database level, not row-level separation within one shared database, but a dedicated database per environment.
• Resource isolation, the performance of one environment doesn't affect another (the "noisy neighbour" risk disappears).
• Independent scaling, an environment can grow without impacting the rest.
• Controlled rollout, new environments are set up in a structured,
repeatable way.
This aligns with our broader approach to EU hosting and GDPR compliance.
Let's shortly summarize
Not a standard multi-tenant environment where everyone sits together, but a dedicated, branded SaaS environment per label: secure, scalable and ready to grow as an independent brand. In short:
• A dedicated, isolated environment per white-label client
• Its own isolated database: strict data separation
• Independent performance and scalability
• Full brand control
• EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant by design
Your brand. Your clients. Your data. A dedicated environment.
